It's the first place a visitor lands and immediately grabs their attention...or not. You have a 3-5 second window of opportunity to entice them to stay a bit longer. What are the strengths and weaknesses of the above? Does the tag line tell you what this incredible facility offers, maybe more needs to be stated? The banner conveys some of the many offerings ETI provides and adds an element of excitement. Does the navigation bar easily transport you to the important aspects of this site? The logo was already designed but I was able to add a couple of features that make it really pop. Love to hear your thoughts!
